Stage 1: Document verification
We collect and validate:
- Commercial Registration (CR) number against government databases.
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration.
- Authorised signatory ID and proof of authority.
Stage 2: Physical address check
Our field team either visits the registered address or partners with a local verification service to confirm the warehouse, factory or office actually exists at the claimed location.
Stage 3: Product sampling
For suppliers, we request 1–3 product samples before activating the listings. Our QA team inspects them for quality, packaging and accurate representation of the online listing.
What the badges mean
- Blue badge: fully verified business, all three stages passed.
- Gold badge: blue + 50+ successful orders with 4.5★ rating.
- No badge: registered but not yet verified — trade carefully.
